This month, California DECA had an extremely successful Fall Leadership Conference! In three days, members were able to listen to incredible speakers, make new friends, and compete in the DECA Combine. At the final presentation, members pitched to their peers about startup plans, leadership tools, and travel locations. It was an incredibly fun and rewarding weekend! #LeadershipWinsChampionships
