Even in the confusing and ever-changing world that was 2020, California DECA still found exciting ways to engage with one another and grow our leadership skills through the Innovate 2020 Leadership Conference. During this week-long virtual conference, members from all over DECA’s Western Region were able to come together, engage in amazing leadership development workshops, and hear from incredible speakers from all walks of the business world. Additionally, members were able to grow their competitive skills through virtual exams and role plays as well as creative options like a Shoe Design Contest and conference superlatives. We hope those of you who attended gained valuable leadership experience and are excited for our District Conferences!
