California DECA is excited to announce that five students have qualified to compete in the 2013 ICDC Virtual Business Challenges. Those students are Monta Vista’s David Jiang, Vignesh Palaniappan and Matt Cheung, qualifiers in Virtual Business Challenge: H&R Block Dollars and Sense Challenge and Mission San Jose’s Dustin Chiang and Hemang Jangle, in the Virtual Business Challenge: Retail.
