January 16, 2015—Costa Mesa, Calif.—California DECA is proud to recognize the team from the Harker School as one of the three finalist teams in the 2014-2015 Finish Line Challenge (FINL). The team is comprised of Glenn Reddy and Logan Drazovich.
As a part of this year’s edition of the Finish Line Challenge, members were tasked with evaluating and analyzing Finish Line’s omni-channel strategy, emphasizing on elevating the customer experience. The participants then created a video, laying out their research, findings, solutions, and recommendations for Finish Line.
Finalists will present their findings to a panel of executives at the Finish Line corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana in late February/early March on an expense-paid trip. The panel will then determine the top winner, who will be awarded another expense-paid trip to the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida, in April.
