Conference Sponsors financially support California DECA and in turn, have the opportunity to connect with thousands of members and Advisors. When you become a sponsor with California DECA you are investing in the next generation of leaders.

Exhibitor Recognition & Benefits
As a recognized exhibitor, your organization’s logo will be prominently featured on the official conference app. You will also receive one designated exhibit space, which includes a 6′ x 30″ skirted table and two chairs.

Important Exclusions
Please note that the exhibitor package does not include parking, meals, hotel rooms, power, or Wi-Fi connection.

SPONSOR CALIFORNIA DECA!

California DECA Sponsorship Levels

Chairman (Title Sponsor) $10,000 – 1 Available

  • Everything included in the Executive package, plus:
  • Recognition remarks and logo on screen during Opening Session presented by the State Officer team, does not include time on stage by sponsor
  • Co-branded conference attendee name badge
  • Logo branded sign displayed (maximum 6’ by 2’) at conference registration tables 
  • One competitive event sponsorship (selected by sponsor from list of available events). “Title of Event, Sponsored by ABC Company”. Sponsor may present awards to top individuals or teams for sponsored event. Sponsors may submit one judge for each specific sponsored event. Total of $1,050 will go directly to DECA members.
  • Sponsor may submit one (1) small promotional item (such as a pen, sticker, keychains, etc.) AND one (1) flyer or brochure (postcard or brochure sized) per person to be inserted in registration bags

Executive $5,000 – 3 Available

  • Everything included in the Champion package, plus:
  • Branding on registration table or banner near table (maximum 6’ x 2’)
  • Pre and post conference post on California DECA Instagram
  • Logo on screen during Opening Session presented by the State Officer Team
  • Double exhibitor space during College, Career, & Company Fair at Downtown DECA

Champion $3,000

  • Everything included in the Leader package, plus:
  • Ad banner in conference app
  • Logo branded table tents in judge orientation room (maximum 5″ x 7″ panels)
  • Sign branding (maximum 6’ by 2’) at lunch buffet for judges

Leader $2,000

  • Post conference post on California DECA Instagram
  • Sponsor may submit one (1) flyer or brochure (standard postcard or brochure sized) per person to be inserted in registration bags
  • Sponsor logo recognition on the California DECA website partner page
  • Single exhibitor space during College, Career, & Company Fair at Downtown DECA

Physical and digital advertisements/assets are subject to a 2 week approval period by California DECA. All materials must be submitted by February 1st (January 15th for Chairman/Title Sponsor) to ensure that all deliverables can be secured. 

Sponsors are responsible for printing and delivering materials to California DECA. Maximum sizes for all collateral materials are set by California DECA and noted in each line item. Dropoff for materials will be open from Wednesday, February 26th from 3-7pm or Thursday, February 27th from 8-10am at the Anaheim Marriott. COMPETITIVE EVENT SCHOLARSHIP

Provide an opportunity for competitors to take their skills to the next level. Event Sponsorships bestow travel scholarships to the Top Three qualifiers in an event to compete at the International Career Development Conference (ICDC).

The collective $1,050 Competitive Event Sponsorship is broken down by placement.  Those amounts are: 

  • 1st place team/individual gets a $600 travel scholarship to attend ICDC
  • 2nd place team/individual gets a $300 travel scholarship to attend ICDC
  • 3rd place team/individual gets a $150 travel scholarship to attend ICDC

How the scholarships work:

  • The scholarships are issued in the form of a credit towards the ICDC invoice of the recipient’s chapter.  The dollars are not issued directly to the student(s).
  • The scholarships stay with the event/placement.
  • These are travel scholarships for the sponsored event and not individual student scholarships.
  • If it is a team event the travel scholarship is divided among the members of the team.
