Presidents Council
The Presidents Council was created to help build stronger chapters, create district unity, and ensure effective communication between the state association and local chapters. With regular and consistent communication, the state association will keep chapters informed of key state programs, events, and opportunities, and encourage greater participation and involvement. Most importantly, the Presidents Council brings local chapters together. Whether a new, emerging, or veteran chapter, the Presidents Council allows for direct, student-to-student communication and support.
Letter from the State President
Dear California DECA Chapter Presidents,
Hello! Hello! My name is Ella Min, and I am so honored to be serving as your 2025-2026 State President. Team 75 congratulates you on being selected to lead your chapter in the coming year. We look forward to collaborating with you to take California DECA to the next level this year, elevating our legacy of competitive success and community service.
We hope your time as chapter president is one you’ll look back on with pride. As the leader of your chapter, you play a key role in guiding your members to success and leaving your legacy for future teams to build on. We encourage you to think big, take initiative, and lead with purpose. If Team 75 can support you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact any of us!
Starting in September, we welcome you to join us, alongside chapter presidents from across the state, at our monthly Presidents’ Council meetings. In these meetings, we hope to gather your input on California DECA initiatives and celebrate chapter successes, while updating you on DECA matters from Team 75. Here, you’ll also have the chance to connect with other chapter presidents, exchange ideas, and get inspired.
Once again, we encourage you to reach out to Team 75 this year—we are always open to connecting and collaborating on whatever task is presented. Congratulations, and thank you for your service and dedication! California DECA is driven by your leadership, and we cannot wait for a great year ahead.

The Presidents Council consists of chapter presidents from around the state. If you are a chapter president, sign up for the Presidents Council through the online form.
