State Officers meet Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson in Concord for Midterm Report

State President Dustin Chiang, from Mission San Jose High School, and State Vice President of Public Relations, Thomas Lee, from Amador Valley High School, attended a breakfast reception with State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson who delivered his Midterm Report in Concord, California yesterday morning.
