Each year, thousands of California DECA students put their skills to the test in marketing, finance, hospitality, management, entrepreneurship, and other business-related fields. Volunteer judges bring these experiences to life by evaluating student presentations, participating in business role-plays, and providing meaningful feedback and encouragement.

Business professionals, educators, college students, alumni, and community members are all invited to participate. Your experience and perspective can help students build confidence, sharpen their skills, and prepare for college and careers.

No previous DECA experience is required. We provide everything you need to have a rewarding experience and make a difference for California DECA students.
